Text of Complaint by Shruti Singh:

I had ordered a Whirlpool 6.5 kg washing machine on Aug 14th,2023. The order was confirmed and shipped on Aug 16th,2023 but there were no tracking details. However, the flipkart support team assured that it will be delivered by the given time that is Aug 21st,2023. On Aug 20th,2023 i got the message that the product is out for delivery and the delivery agent said it will be delivered today. The delivery agent kept saying that he is coming till 10 pm on Aug 20th,2023 which was beyond time and then he was not receiving the call and once he received he was talking very roughly and said do whatever you want to do and said he doesn’t know about the product, go to flipkart and talk to them. He mentally harassed me and now when i want to cancel the product from flipkart they are refusing to do it. I have purchased the product from credit card. Flipkart already has my money and now neither they are delivering my order nor cancelling it and process the refund. Flipkart support team is mentally harassing me. I just want to cancel the order and want refund. Pathetic service from flipkart and the Ekart Logistics.
