That I gave the porting request on 27th Nov’ 2025 of my mother’s mobile no – 9937772935 from Airtel to Jio. It has already been 13 days that the porting SIM has not yet delivered to my given delivery address, which is at Rohini, Sector -16, Delhi – 110089. On 28th Nov’ 2025, that I received a msg that your SIM will be delivered within in 24 hours to your given delivery address. Now, it’s already been 10th Dec’ 2025 (more than 13 days), I didn’t receive the porting SIM from Jio. Talked to the Jio Care Executives several times, but no such action has been taken seriously.
