Regarding the delay in refund process by the travel agency (Goibibo) for the E ticket 098-4725293282 of the airline named AirIndia for the automatically cancelled Flight No AI483 (DEL to RPR) & AI9614(IXJ to DEL) by Goibibo

Respected authority,
With reference to the above stated subject matter, I would like to inform you that Flight No AI483 (DEL to RPR) & AI9614(IXJ to DEL) automatically cancelled or the time schedule changed by the AirIndia due to their said operational issues for the date of journey on 30/10/2021,which I have received from the concerned Airline as well as GoIbibo on 20/08/2021.
As well as, on today i.s. on 28/09/2021, I have received an email from AirIndia (Refer to the highlighted part of the attached screenshot of their email)
Although, I have raised an refund claim in GOibibo site on 20/08/2021 for the booking id GOFLDMTAND9D672162835647 by citing “the above mentioned Flights cancelled by the airline” (Refer to the Attachment -I, screenshot of refund request), nothing has been taken place.
Moreover, it has been showing that “refund request initiated” on your website till now, and final refund of my money still is not credited to my account.

Therefore, it’s my request to you kindly solve the issues by settling the claim refundable amount (Refer to the attachment -II, pdf of booking of PNR- Z9XEF on 30/10/2021, for flights no. AI 9614 & AI 483).

As well as, kindly do the rest of the needful so that the whole criteria of refunding process can be reflected back to my account at the earliest.
