My number is 8108747890, I have called customer support 121 on Sat from that day to till date I haven’t been provided any resolution, I have been informed that I will get a call which I received but on that call as well they have asked me to email and they have informed that they will try at the earliest, I have emailed them on Sunday 15 March even though it was a complaint I got the email back by 18 March with the resolution as contact 121, which I already did at start for twice.
then on the same day I have contacted customer care and they kept my call on hold for 40 min, that would be there in airtel records, and someone by the name Mr. Ghosh who was a supervisor have received my call with no intention to resolve the issue and very very rude, I told him I will not pay the bill he said no problem and then I disconnected the call because of his behavior, my concern was I am old a customer still I am just getting 5 gb Data monthly which is nothing also my carry forward data has been removed.
Also want to complaint about MR. Ghosh an illiterate man, who is just wasting customers time with no intention of helping them.
