I am writing regarding my flight booking with Trip ID: 250523752922, for travel from Ahmedabad (AMD) to Bangalore (BLR). The flight was canceled by the airline, and I have been informed that the airline is issuing a full refund.

However, I noticed that Clearmytrip is deducting a convenience fee of approximately ₹900 from the refund amount. I would like to understand the basis for this deduction, as I did not make any changes or initiate the cancellation myself. The flight was canceled by the airline, and I had no control over the situation.

It is unreasonable that I am being made to bear this cost for something that was not caused by me. This is not just about my case — it is happening to many other customers as well, who book through your platform and face similar deductions when their flights are canceled by the airline.

In light of this, I request:

A full refund, including the convenience fee.

A review and update of terms and conditions to ensure that no convenience fee is charged in cases of airline-initiated cancellations.

That full refunds be provided to all affected customers in such situations, as a matter of fairness and customer trust.

I hope you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. Looking forward to a prompt resolution.
