I am Shabnam Ansari from Ahmedabad, I have a connection with the registered mobile no. +91- 94144**551, I have paid for 3 months’ validity worth Rs 2600/-. I have just used it for a few days after activation, but on the 20th of July 2020 evening, the internet stopped working. So on 21st July, I lodge a complaint to customer care for the same. But after waiting 3 days i.e, on 24th July. I went to the Gtpl office at Bapunagar. I spoke about my complaint. After waiting a few minutes. There were two guys in the Gtpl Bapunagar office( Mayur & Virendra ), they said that there is some major technical issue in my area. They will not able to resolve it.
They stated that there’s some local competitor in my area, that competitor man is not allowing another internet provider to provide a connection in my area, other than his own.
So that,s the reason they will not be able to solve it.
Finally ( Mayur & Virendra ) said to raise a ticket for the Refund by Email.
But after raising the ticket & waiting 60 days, there’s no reply from Gtpl
