Text of Complaint by Akshat Verma:

Nearly a month ago my WiFi was not working properly so I tried contacting on 121 but was not able to speak to the customer care executive. So I decided to go to the nearby Airtel store in Dwarka sector 11 but the representative there refused to provide any help. When I complained about it to the Airtel complaints email 121@airtel.com they also kept dodging me saying that it will take 2-3 days after every few days. It has been more than a month now and my issue has not be resolved yet.
