My case id are- 1. IN092023000884 &
2. IN102023009038 on Tcl service case
I have applied for my display changing as my display doesn’t working properly within warranty period.
A technician already visited and report to you till 1 st September. I haven’t received any kind of help from your side for screen replacement.
There is a mistake from the technician, he reports only one part for replacement but later he reports for another part replacement. But then my warranty period expired (till 22-september-2023).
One part (mother board ) is received at the service center , but they told me for replacement of display panel also . There is nothing to say about your pathetic service.
I have complaint for another but customer care service told me ,your warranty period has expired.
There is no fault from my side. It is a failt of your technician, he forgot to report for both the parts together.
It already passed 57 days i have waited for service
I have attached all the documents from my side.
