My tata sky id..1254537127regarding..complaino-wo no.#1-290ZVHCS tata customer senior representive Tasmiya in your c.c.In your dish t.v. not work sufficient. Any channel change then display shows your box is not receving signal..but after shut down 10 minut channel started..but in changing position again problem started receiving signal..approx 2 month continuously it occured..your represntive not solving problem..1 hr talking calling charges 90 rs..but not solution..your tech..not qualified agency..he talk me but without solution and without my permission complain closed..before some month ago..only without checking say that your setbox req to be changed..and due to take service charge not working properly…tata sky dth..warranty period end hone ke bad ye problem create karte hai..signal automatic close kar dete hai,and automatic start kar dete hai..due to new setbox req.installation13
