I had recharged someone else Tata play account by mistake. Then I talked to customer representative they told me that it will be refunded soon but I still didn’t get my money.i recharged it on 6/7/2022 and talked to customer representative on same date. After that incident they automatically added three of their channels to my selected channel without my consent and they cost me 180 extra to my previous bill. After that when I talked to them they said it was you who add it and after that they also added their premium service Tata binge + service worth 149 to my account. I don’t understand why they are doing this to me.
