Dear Sir/Madam,
I Mr. Shubham Rajaram Kale had installed New TATA PLAY FIBRE Connection by Tata team yesterday. He told that it will start in 3 – 4 hrs but still it has not started yet.
Also I had called customer care but your executive not able to solve the query.
I have installed the Tata company’s connection because I had trust on TATA and there service’s,but they have failed to achieve customer’s trust.Due to this problem i faced to many problems of my business because of this type of failed service by Tata team.
I had taking continuous follow up but didn’t get response.
So please have a look into this and solve my problem ASAP.
