Dear sir / madam,

In reference to above l paid Rs 4299/- (rupees four thousand two hundred & ninety nine only) through paytm order id : BO17757787 to elizy dtd 10.01.21 at 9:23 am to purchase tablet wizpad F1max.
the product was delivered on dtd 13.01.21 through bluedart courier AWB number 69686884046 order no BO17757787 . It is highly regretted that the delivered product is not conforming to what has been ordered.
It is worth mentioning that after the order is placed no formal mail or message is sent by book my tab to confirm the order.
Such type activities come under cheating/fraud & are liable for legal action & punishment under the law.
It is therefore requested to look into the matter to return back the non conforming cheap 2nd hand product delivered to avoid legal action & to refund the amount paid as per 7 days refund policy of book my tab.
It is again reiterated to reply to this mail as soon as possible.
