hello i am swami raj from muzaffarpur bihar and i am facing a slow internet problem i have jio’s 500 plan in which it gives me 1.5Gb per day but they are not providing me proper speed of 4G whenever i download anything it takes alot of time and show me speed around 0.01 to 15Kb (MAX). they are providing me 2G network speed instead of providing me 4G speed . i call jio care them they say sorry you can’t speed due to low optimisation but why when i check my speed in night at 2 to 3 am it shows me speed around 110kb/mbps but when i check my speed in morning its been stucked on avg of 5kb whole day. please resolve my issue no one in jio care is listening to me i have tried many times to talk with but they give me only promiss. i am very unhappy with jio
