I don’t how to explain, how come store manager(Mr. Vinod , Kamakya Store, Banashankari 2nd stage, Bangalore) is so bad don’t no how to talk.
From last 1month I am fed up with u r service he saying that he is “helping us” why is setting in store you guys are not paying him??. Or you guys are giving free service. Office timings is till 8pm but he will be not available even at 5pm and keep on saying that he his helping us , I used this number for all important connection, how come they can stop the network without informing me from last three days there is no network and now he saying there is no sim available, this will be my last mail I need proper solution I need my sim back and connection back with in one day other wise I will rise the complaint in customer court, and bring this issue in to social media.
