I have converted my post paid Airtel no into prepaid no. After converting my contact no. From prepaid to post paid. All signal are gone and my sim no. Stop working. I try to complain on my airtel thank app I dnt get any response. I try to complain through customer care no. It is also computer base response and I jus got a MSG that my complain no is generated nothing else still I’m not getting any response from Airtel service , airtel help line, if i try to login though Airtel thank app I’m unable get OTP. Kindly provide me solution for my issue
