We had registered request for broadband shifting vide Request Number 135148690. The engineer was supposed to report by Saturday i.e. 7th AUgust’21. by 1200 hrs.
Till date, no one has visited and we have not got any call from any Airtel Representative. On their App platform, they have modified the App such that we are not even able to complaint..
Through this platform, I request you to ask Airtel to look after the complaint latest by tomorrow before 1200 hrs. Otherwise, we would have no option but to cancel this connection.
