Text of Complaint by Gauri:

As am very disappointed from your airtel services is this right that you sell your services but not provide any result as i want to shift my airtel broadband connection and call 198 for query and to register my request but there is some issue as by your mistake you wrongly updated my mail id and then ur person said that i have to provide letter head only that to change my mail id and also mentioned request of shifting your connection in letter head and i mailed on your mail id i.e [email protected] on 9 february but still camt receive any call for shifting process and then ill receive mail that you have to provide your coordinator id and contact number and again ill provide this on letter head on 11 february at 2 pm but still cant receive any revert from your side now 4 days passed but still my request for shifting broadband connection not solved its your mistake that you wrongly updated my mail id its your mistake that you not informed me that i have to registered a coordinator and ill do all that things that u said to me but now i have to go to consumer court because if any action not taken so its the only option i have and i also have all mails and all your recordings that your service person provided now u have only one option that to shift my connection on same day or to pay all the loss that ill suffered in my business because of your mistakes or your negligence so do this on urgent basis now.
