Dear team
still not providing me any resolvevation
kindly help me
many times. I called customer care but still did not resolve my issue.
pls help me

my issues are :-
my name is vikas kumar
and my registered mobile no is 9828079142 and DOB 11/01/1990
I have registered with dhani
but sir i have too much problem with dhani
1. i have paid rs 80 for dhani physical card ( 20 Oct 2021) but still no received any card card
2. i have already paid my electricity Bill amount is 1008 (10 Oct 2021) but again why deduct bal at 1 Nov. 2021 same amount
3. i have paid electricity bill at 6 Sept 2021 rs 3193 but this bill not paid after that i have paid again this with penalty by phone pe

dear sir many times i connected to customer care also recording saved in my phone they are not giving proper response.
still no call received regarding this concern when many time raised complaint.

if i face continue these type of issue from dhani i have never use dhani service and i have not paid any bal.

seriously many many time disturb and very bad experience from dhani.
