I have activated Airtel black on 21st July 2023 and the same time I have requested for shift my DTH connection.
But till now the DTH connection doesn’t installed at my location yet.
And the filed executive person “ Badaha” called me and asked for money and when I denied to pay any extra money he told me he will not install.
I have complaints so many time to the airtel customer care team, but till now I am not getting any resolution.
And now I want to close my all airtel connection for this kind of services and they are asking first I have to pay the due amount then they will do.
But the reason is I haven’t used the service for a single second only because its not installed yet. So why I have to pay for that.
Please do the needful otherwise I will file a case to consumer court against your company.
