Dear sir.,
I’m unable to use the Data in my mobile due to some Techanical issue with Airtel network. I was trying to explain my problem to customer care, they are not ready to resolve the problem. The call is service with 3 minutes with 55 Pisa, the customer care persons are waste to time for the resolution. They are waiting the my call for around 25 mins and finally sorry sir, my rules is not acceptable and simple end the call. One more issue is there actually 4hours around network temporary issue is there and I’m recharge with 19/- data pack 1gb with one day validaty, here clearly network temporary issue is not resolved until the end of the day.
