The above technician was called through Tatasky Co on line for cheching of TV Signals not view anything just three four months ago. After doing needful satisfaction, he gave his personal phone No as 8769883033 & his home No 6367151627 requesting to call directly for immediate attention which will be cheaper one. Now since then, he is looting like anything one way or the other viz. change of wire shot, some one joints defection & yesterday, he fooled us for damaging camera dwell for Rs 450/- purchased from your Co three years ago. He changed new single camera from his bag and demanded Rs 200/- which we paid but after just half an hour, the TV is not responding. Now, the techinician don’t pickup his phone. FLAT No 601 has also lodged complaint against the technician. Even then, no one bother and we have become too much fed up and no other alternative but to complaint you. Please look into the matter so that other customer should not become fool for this purpose. we have also another ID 1268670930 at jaipur for which we have no complaint since long initialised. This Ajmer ID1203862998 is in the name of Neha which may please be changed in the name of my wife Kanta Batra of which phone no as 9214951188 is already registered. please do early for which we are thankful to your co. Thanks in anticipation.
