I would like to inform you that my refund for the security deposit is still not been processed. I have made many complaints to the department. But they are least bothered an telling me that the complaint is under process and will be resolved soon. The router was picked up form my home on 21/08/2020 and still the complaint is under process.The call center people are very rude as they are not aware of the things and just doing a robot work. They are not able to tell me the reason for the delay. I am just asking you all authorities taht if we don’t pay for the recharge earlier the operator doesn’t allow us to use the network. If they are not able to refund the amount , I request you to ask them to refund my full amount for the current plan also including the installation charges.
