Actually we booked a movie tickets on 3rd may 2024. So, the seating was not given properly this is not the first time it’s happening here in platinum cinema SLN mall cinema. We also spoked to manager and he is not willing to help what happening here we don’t know. I want to fill a complaint aganist these type of cinema mall.
