Text of Complaint by Sandeep Sandhu:

its a long story but m writing in short – n no of times i cald in airtel 121 for putting my landline no mentioned above to keep it in safe custody everytime beacuse of some system error they r unable to put it on safe custody. On 20th jun 2020 (1-2 days +/-) particularly an executive told me that sir u have to clear ur outstanding before we move/ proceed with your request on the same same day i clear all my outstanding dues u can check all matter on your so called recorded conversation I again called back now this time time again system error n he didn’t take my request. Next day i again cald this time he take my request and told me that sir your request is pending thats why we r not able to put ur no in safe custody. when i enquired about that pending service request than you will be shocked to know that it is pending from the last 1 and half year and beacuse of that they pendencey they are unable to put my number on safe custody. he arranged a cal back for the same from the back end team on that particular day no one cald me next day 2-3 fiiferent back end executives cald me regarding different different commplaints and all of them ensure me that your number after closing will be put in safe custody . they himself shocked why so much long compliant is not resolved but they have the best excuse system error. They send two techincain to my home day by day from which i never raised any complaint those technincain cald me and ask sir what is ur complaint i explained the whole scneario to them both of them regular come to my home for complaits from the last several years. they themselves from their end from their office put the request for safe custody of no. their names are dheeraj and joginder both of them told me that there is no problem in your connection and we on our request also put your no  safe custody this whole drama keep going on for a week. now i saw that bill for this month is generated again when i already requested for safe custody. to be very frankly speaking I am  not going to pay this bill either you disconnect this connection  or go to any court for not paying bill. the current scenario is when tomm i cald on ur 121 executive she told me that sir you never requested for safe custody we have no complaint registerd. means what the shit is she talking about she told me to cal back again n a request is raised by the back end team who is going to cal me within 4 hours but still now no one cald me and m pretty sure they wrote in their comments customer not attend or answer the cal best dialouge forever. Sir through this complaint form i request you that once to cal me so that i can explain the whole scenario to you your executives in their comment section wrote what they want to wrote not what customer actually requests and what is going on kindly look into the matter
