Dear Sir / Madam,

Myself Harshad ( Customer ID : 3015572310 ). Recently my job got transferred from Delhi branch to Mumbai, and after coming here i made a re-allocaion request of my dish. After waiting for 3 weeks, my re-allocaion done and I paid Rs. 430/-. Then i recharged TV, and both tv and STB was working properly. Then I switched off the tv, and after sometime when I am trying to switch on, power is not at all coming to STB ( LED was not blinking ). Even i checked all the connection, but didn’t found anything wrong. So i called the technician, who made re-allocaion. But he disconnected my phone and I gave him negative feedback. Next day he called me and he was speaking in rude manner as I gave him negative feedback. He was saying that your STB may got damaged and you need to purchase new. How can a STB or adapter can damage within 1 hour? after so many complaints, today that technician ( Swapnil, Mob No.7666766486 ) came with another 2 persons from technical team and they were just like blackmailing me. They even shot a video and created a drama by simply connecting new adapter and capturing the STB in ON condition. They didn’t even check the problems with existing adapter. They just want to portrait that problem is from my side and I again need to pay. This is really pathetic. Is this way you treat your customers? I strictly want you to take action on these persons. And if you can’t resolve issue with your STB system and adapter free of cost, I need to get my Refund of Rs. 630/- ( 430 for re-allocaion and 200 recharge ) so that I can go for any other service providers? We customers don’t have right to give negative feedback to your technician? And even i gave that feedback only because of his behaviour that he didn’t attend my call and didn’t even called me back as he was the person who made the re-allocaion , hence he is responsible to hear the problem coming after his service. He has done all this due to my negative feedback only. If it is going like this, I need to take this issue to police station.
