I booked an air ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on Travolook site on 17 November 2021.They cancelled after 5 minutes of booking without my permission . I still did not get my refund back . Three months have already passed.
I have already called their customer care. They told me that I will get my refund within 3-4 working days. But I still did not get my refund back. They snatched my money in fraudulent manner. This company has already looted so many people that I knew after getting looted by this fraud company. I want you to take action against this company as soon as possible.
