Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that, on 07 May,2022 a wrong transaction was done by me from my ICICI Imobile application with account number(158001517717) ifsc code:- icic0001580 to Vikash Yadav with account number159001504349. on the same day I also visited the home branch and complained for the same and wrote an application to take an immediate action for the same as the transfer was done without asking a single OTP, the bank professionals just putted a blockage in that particular transaction and asked me to wait and the fund will be reverted to my account. It has been more than 2 Months that I am waiting but it is still not reverted. The bank professionals are always rejecting my request for the same.
