sir,
the amount of Rs. 12,598/- was deduct from my account dt. 23/03/2019 10.24 PM at Name of Flipkart Internet PVT LTD TNX Ref No. 908216595340 but your side say the payment was failed. but amount was deducted then i call your customer care person he didn’t help me he said your amount was refunded 3 normal days and today dt. 01-04-2019 i call 2nd time your customer care he said your amount was refunded working 7 days and my bank said that 12,598/- Rs. amount refunded 35 days. so plz give me conformation and amount of my place as soon as urgent basis
