This is against Order Id: OD123030861337308000. I have ordered a Realme 8i mobile phone during big billion days on 5th october. The order was received on Sunday 10th October. The mobile phone which I have received is defective and got turned off automatically and get switched on after 30 mins on sunday itself. After 1 day, It got switched off i.e. on 12th october and it is not turning on now. It keeps on displaying the realme Logo continously and not turning on since last evening. The product is under 7 days replacement policy so I requested for a replacement for this product as this is a defective unit. But the customer care did not hear my request and forcibly asssigned me a technician visit for resolve. Why would i opt for Technician visit for my new phone. They did not hear anything and dropped the call. This is such a horrible experience for me with flipkart. I want a return/replacement for this as I cant use a defective phone. This is just degrading flipkart’s brand image for customers by committing such activities. They are fooling the customers. I want return/replacement on this product.
