Text of Complaint by Sanjeev Kumar:

I have ordered Samsung Galaxy S21FE 5G on 18 Jan 2023 and get it by 27 Jan 2023. Device had overheating issue due to which I have raised replacement request. After making a lot of efforts and interventions and approval of technician I got the replacement after 1 month on 27 Feb 2023. I have started using replacement item but it has the same issue of overheating and now I have only choice is to refund the product. I has raised the refund request of product but till today 12 Mar 2023 Flipkart is avoiding my request and me. Again I am putting my extra effort so that they can listen my words but they didn’t. Here I am attaching the screenshots and can submit audio call recordings too.
