My AC got delivered and installed by Flipkart and Panasonic on Feb 26th, 2023. Following which I found unusual noise from the AC immediately and tried to inform the installer technician by calling. However, he could not address the problem and I decided to return the item as the standard return and refund time within 10 days was valid. I placed the return order on Feb 27th, 2023, since then, Flipkart is never responding and no technician visit my home which was scheduled on or before March 3rd. On contacting Flipkart over the phone they keep on saying that the technician will visit tomorrow every time. I am fed up and I want to return my AC as soon as possible so that I can buy the new unit and install it before summer starts.
