Text of Complaint by Sanjay Kumar:

I am a user of Airtel mobile and my mobile number is 9319950685. I received a message from airtel on 13.11.2018 which is I am pasting here “Sarkari nirdeshanusar individual customer 09 se zyada connections nahi le sakte. Iss karan appke Airtel mobile number 9319950685 ki sabhi sewayen band ki jaa rahi hain. Adhik jankari ke liye nazdiki Airtel store par sampark karein.”

When I contacted from Airtel store they said that we can’t help you then I talked with online customer care they said that your nunber is blocked due to Non-commercial use so we can’t help you and number can’t be resumed.

 

Airtel didn’t give me any solution to resume services of my phone number and blocked my SIM. That was my permanent number which I used in my all transactions. Now I am not able to do any transaction with that number.

 

I have already blocked my old mobile numbers taken on my ID.

Bharti Airtel didn’t provide any opportunity to me to solve this problem.
