Text of Complaint by Nitin Mali:

4Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I am Nitin Mali from Nashik. On 31st Dec I visited to Airtel Store located at suyojit city centre, opp mahamarg, mumbai naka, Nashik. I visited because my Airtel sim was not showing network. After visit I got to know that sim was physically damaged.I submitted both original pan and aadhar still my number is not activated.

 

I visit that store at least 5 times and no one co operate with me. Airtel representative (Durgesh Shrungare) said to me that “You do complaint any where nothing happen, your number will not be start beacause your photo on kyc and live are differ”

 

Later on I talk with sore manager mr Kiran Patil he provide solution, that He will delete my number from system and start again new services. For that I have to pay rs 399 and my existing recharges will be laps. How can I pay?? I am the customer with original kyc docs even airtel are not starting my services.

 

I am banker and part time equity trader by profession I completely depend on that number because it link everywhere. My banking and other transactions are completely stop. Please look into the case.
