i have using airtel postpaid service from airtel i have submit a request for separate my numbers from CUG on date 24-09-2021. customer care executive told me that the number will be separated after 8 working hours in this regard she was request me to deposit Rs. 535/- amount but till date it is not separate. in this connection i again request to customer care executive on 121 then she told me that number will be separate after 4 working hours. but the separation of number is being pending still now.
the service of airtel is very bad i am very upset this type of working of airtel. if you are not interested to separate my mobile from CUG I am unable to pay the amount in future for disconnecting both number and also complaint your negligence to duty.
