Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I purchased Whirlpool 265 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star
Refrigerator from flip kart dated 05-05-2023 and it was delivered on 07-05-2023.We got a call from the whirlpool technician after delivery for installation.Whirlpool Technician visited on 10-5-2023 for installation. He informed us that there was a gas leakage problem in your whirlpool refrigerator and since this whirlpool refrigerator is under warranty and this will be replaced within 7 working days. We contacted flip kart customer care service but they are not taking our concern seriously.They told us that our policies have been changed now and your Whirlpool Refrigerator will be replaced by the Whirlpool Company. This is an unfair condition for any customer.
