I have purchased the Infinix Note 12 (Jewel Blue, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM) mobile phone from Flipkart. The product was delivered on 6th oct 2022 and I raised the replacement request on the next day of delivery i.e. 7th oct with the problem description “ Sim Card doesn’t detect “ from that day onward I have continuously taken follow-up by calling customer care. Every time they gave me new assurance i.e. we will resolve your concern within 24 hours please allow us ” Such kind of activity carried out since 7th oct-2022. The issue is not resolved yet.
Its my kind request to Hon’ble court please do the needful for the same
