Text of Complaint by Lalit kumar:

on 18 june I have recharged my airtel broadband no 013545365870 6months pack for rs 4435 according to airtel app. When I was making the payment through airtel app using my debit card I received transaction failed msg. On screen so I tried again and I received the same msg saying transaction failed and also on my mails well. But after few moments I received call from airtel executive saying that you done payment three times on same no asking whether it is done by you. So I told him the reason. Now I look forward for refund of two payments which I have done extra.
