Text of Complaint by Naba Kumar Dad:

I have taken a loan Rs. 1200/- for 7 days on 8 Nov, 2022. As per agreement Rs.2000/- will repay on 14 Nov.2022. but today 13th Nov.2022 large pay call me again and again and send me message through whatapp to pay just and they send invalid link to pay and also send nacked pic to my phone and refree phone. Please help me. I try to my best to repay loan through their application, if I select phone in their app but no phone no. found, if I select BHIM app it found that it is invalid and fraud upi id. I want repay the said 2000/- amount. Please help me immediately. I am deaf and not able to accept call. I am helpless
