I have requested to repair my Whirlpool semi automatic washing machine which was 8-9 years old. Technicians visited to find the fault after 5 days and the parts ( i.e .- Timer, Nub, Motor Belt & Gear Box) were fitted in the machine after 20 days by another technician in my absence and he has also taken all defective parts of my machine. He told me to pay Rs.2000 /- immediately and I have also send him the same. I have requested to provide bill of repair as well as item cost. He has committed me to provide that but there is no response from their side yet. Repeatedly I have requested to return my old defective products but knowingly they have remain silent and also told me to not to provide the bill. I am very much dissatisfying about the items which was replaced as well as service of the company. Kindly take necessary steps for this type of attitudes of the company and also the technicians. An early response in this regard will be solicited.
