I requested to port my Airtel post paid no. 9780743007 on 14 Feb 2019 and cleared all my due outstandings with airtel on the same day. I submitted the required documents to Vodafone for further action as I want to port my Mobile No. from Airtel to Vodafone. Now my porting request has been rejected by Airtel due to outstanding payments due. But my current outstanding is -89.98 (minus eighty nine rupees and ninety eight paisa). When I contacted Airtel customer care regarding the above issue they gave unsatisfactory replies. I am getting harassed with this unprofessional behaviour of Airtel. Kindly do the needful.
