I have purchased new VIVO V20 pro mobile through PAYTM mall with exchange offer(exchange of old mobile). Paytm has delivered new mobile to my delivery address. But pick up of my old mobile has been rejected by PAYTM without any reason. Even nobody contacted me at my address (pick up) for this. I have been panic due to this and feeling like cheated by PAYTM. Either paytm arrange for pick up of my old mobile or I will have to go in Upbhokta forum.
