I have ordered a t-shirt from Tata Cliq online shopping app i paid cash on delivery to the order, i didn’t like the product i returned it they said to provide bank details to Initiate the refund I have given Paytm payments bank account number ,they initiated the refund to it but I did’nt received it i approached Paytm 24*7 customer care number of times and I provided the details like transaction, reference id and screenshots of Tata Cliq app ,they are saying that no transaction is found in there data base and they are helpless, amount I should receive from them is 899/- being a student its a big amount for me ,I request you to look over it thankyou.
