I applied for my airtel broadband connection in march of this year in Pune. But during the request made the amount got deducted from my account twice. After that the service provider told that the amount will be refunded within 10 days , but till this date I haven’t received the amount. Its been pending from a long time earlier they were making excuse of lockdown but what now .I tried calling the customer care but no response is coming from there also service provider is providing no help to me.
