Dear Team,
I have booked a ticket on 10 Oct 21 to travel from Delhi to Hyderabad in the name of Gopal Goyal, Register Contact No – 9910260422, Register Maid Id is rahul4mittal89@gmail.com
Ticket was cancelled from Travolook side and the amount is not yet been credited and they keep on making an excuse. I have called multiple times to Travolook customer care, but every time they all said, it will be refunded in next 7 days
Request you to please take valid action against the concern person and provide me with all the harassment I have faced since last 7 Month
