Hello,
Order #407-2643198-9018753 was Placed on Monday, August 2, 2021, Order
Total: Rs.2,898.00 including one OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z Bass Edition
(Reverb Red) and Boult Audio ProBass Curve Neckband(Black).
No proper explanation nor opportunity of being heard was given to me,
instead Amazon vehemently took away my money and closed my account, further
I demand an explanation for the action taken by the Amazon without hearing
me and snatching away my money and also taking away the products. And now I
am left with nothing. My money is gone and also the products have been
taken back. What an irony of service Amazon is providing??
I am very much disappointed by your response and I am willing to file an
appeal to this decision and further a consumer complaint therefore request
you to provide me with the details so that I can approach the appropriate
authority.
Firstly, what about the products which you have taken back, I am left with
nothing, my money is gone, my products have been picked up, is this a joke?
I have been sending mails since so many days but I have not received a
proper resolution, as my product and money both have been snatched away, I
am left with no option but to initiate legal proceedings against Amazon,
further I am in possession of all the evidence to prove the fraud played
by amazon. hence require a registered address of the same. Kindly provide me
with the said details.
