One connection was activated on 23.07.2021 on free trial basis at my residence. for it, an amount of Rs 2500 was charged with assurance to refund the amount if disconnected in time. It was uninstalled on dated 27.08.2021. I received a message from JIONET on dated 08.09.2021 that refund of Rs. 1500.00 had been initiated and would be credited in my account via NEFT within 72 hours. No amount has been received/ credited till now.
There is an employee named Mr Neeraj Paswan working in Indirapuram Ghaziabad area who initially before installation contacted and convinced me to take the connection and after disconnection he would help to get refund at the earliest. Bur after disconnection he behaved
rudely and did not attended my several calls.
Kindly arrange to get my amount refunded and initiate action against the company for befooling the public.
