I have Purchased a product (Lifelong LLHBZ01 Regalia 300W Hand Blender) from Amazon whose order number – 405-0127420-3209169 , Order Date – 25/09/2022 and Invoice Number – DEL4-9294 ,Invoice Details- HR-DEL4-177417261-2223 ,Invoice Date : 25/09/2022 .
On the date of 18th september, 2023 my hand blender stopped working and i take help from amazon for customer support to contact lifelong – they generated a ticked regarding my complaint (559106) . after that Mohit Sinha agent of lifelong service centre demands on 20 Sept 2023, 14:15

●Picture of Product Serial Number
●Picture of product from different angles
●Short video of 30 seconds.
i gave them on email 20 Sept 2023, 14:25 , after that they demand another video in which showing mobile charging then unplug and replug the blender again to see it’s working or not – then i send that video also on the email .
After sometime at 20 Sept 2023, 15:45 , they again demand screenshots of my order status on amazon in which the product is showing purchased and invoice for the same.

they again demand a valid video proof of showing every and each details of the product by saying that the invoice you have sent is already claimed by some-one else and i proved them wrong by showing a complete video of my original purchased summary , then they demand 24-48 hours waiting period.
After waiting 2 days i call them for the status , then they demand for the the one day more and after that on 23 Sept 2023, 14:44 they replied to me : –
We are writing to inform you that we will be picking up the Hand Blander you purchased. We appreciate your patience throughout this process, and we would like to provide you with an update on the next steps.
To ensure a smooth return process, we have generated a Challan Copy for the pickup of the product. Attached to this email, you will find the Challan Copy containing all the necessary details. Our logistics partner will get in touch with you on your registered Mobile number for the pickup appointment. Please make sure that the product is ready for pickup at that time and that it is properly packaged in a box and protected for transport. It will take 7-10 working days for us to pick up the product. Please note that once the product is picked up, it will undergo a validation process at our warehouse. Once the validation is completed, we will initiate the refund process.

After 2 days they received the product and said to wait me for the validation process at our warehouse . then on 27 Sept 2023, 13:39 , they email me –
We are writing to request your bank details in order to process your refund. Specifically, we need the following information:
1. Bank account number
2. Account holder name
3. IFSC Code
Please provide us with this information as soon as possible so that we can initiate the refund process.
i have given my bank details on 27 Sept 2023, 13:47
but from that day i have been waiting for 7 days – they haven’t processed my refund.
i again call to the customer on 3 Oct 2023, 11:05 , for the status of my refund , then they said to wait for another 7 days also by giving a receipt on email

After that i have written many emails regarding status and UTR/ Rtgs no. they said to wait for 24-48 hours it’s been more then 10 days for the refund . after many tries on 13 Oct 2023, 18:08 they again said me to wait for another 48 hours for the validation of the product at warehouse after that they will initiate my refund and making everything round and round asking same questions about my product again and again .
Kindly help me in this
