I had below one year Airtel broadband plan and paid 12,024.20 rs but i just used for 5 months and few days so raised a service cancellation request with airtel and they closed the connection and processed refund in paper and said that within 45 days i will receive a cheque.

It has been 45 days since I raised a request to disconnect my connection with ac. : 7038937070.
I see that connection was closed and a refund of 5929.30 is initiated , but till date I didn’t receive any cheque or refund via any medium.
Please refund my money ASAP, otherwise I will have no choice other than taking this to the consumer forum along with twitter and FB.
I am attaching a screenshot of the amount eligible for refund.
