Dear sir
My self Satyam Sharma from Ludhiana, Punjab. Sir from the last few days I am having a very bad time with Flipkart due to some bad experiences that I have faced while shopping with Flipkart. Mailing to you is the last option for me.

Product name:- Lenovo Ideapad S145 Ryzen quad core 3500U

Sir, I had purchased a laptop from Flipkart on the 5th of June and After that, I am just suffering to get my refund amount back because of the following reason,

Here is the whole scenario/trouble that I have faced till now to get my refund back.

On June 5 I was notified that I will get my product on 10 June but when the Wishmaster arrived on June 10 he told me that your OTP is not matching and my delivery is rescheduled for the next day.
On June 11 I got my laptop and when I unpacked it, it was broken and I put a refund in very next minute (Refund request date was 11 June) and when Wishmaster arrived to get the laptop back on June 13 he told me that the serial number of the product is not matching and he refused the pickup. and after that, I again put a request with the reason for the wrong product delivered as the serial id was mismatched. But from that day I have put in a refund request at least 4 times but got rejected without any reason and also Wishmaster has not even picked my call in any of the above four cases. I have been contacting customer care service two to three times a day since June 11. But not getting any resolution till now.

They have told me that they have arranged a pickup of my product again for June 23 but when I called Wishmaster whose number was mentioned in the confirmation message He refused to get the parcel back and said I don’t have any information about the product pickup. And on June 22 also They had canceled my return request without visiting my location with the reason that some of my parcel components were missing.

Sir, I am an engineering student (Computer Science) and I had ordered this laptop so that I can give my exams. But the situation is very pathetic. I am not getting my refund back, everyone is making excuses right from customer care service, Wishmasters, and ekart officials.

Sir, it’s been 20 days since I had ordered my laptop but I have not got a genuine laptop till now, you are my last and only hope please do something.
