I had booked a ticket from Coimbatore to Patna on the 15th April 2021. Confirmation number: REF200142726. Amount ₹4093.00 was deducted from my account. Later, they called and told me that PNR was not generated and hence the ticket was cancelled due to fare differences. They also informed me that the amount will be refunded within 7 days. I had called them several times expressing my concern over the refund. They told me that it will be refunded within the next 10-15 days.
